1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

WinThat is a platform owned and operated by WinThat Technologies Inc for discovering and participating in contests and giveaways. You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure
• Not use the Service to spam, harass, or otherwise harm other users
• Comply with all contest rules, eligibility requirements, and applicable laws
• Not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Individual contests may have additional eligibility requirements (age, location, etc.) — those rules are set by the contest sponsor, not by WinThat.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Contest Entries & Prizes

WinThat aggregates and lists contests from third-party sponsors as well as exclusive contests operated directly by WinThat. For third-party contests:

• The sponsor is solely responsible for prize fulfillment, contest rules, and eligibility
• WinThat is not a party to any third-party contest and does not guarantee any prize
• Entry through WinThat does not modify the contest sponsor's official rules

For WinThat-exclusive contests, our internal contest rules and prize fulfillment terms apply and will be displayed at the time of entry.

6. Tickets, Points, and Rewards

WinThat may offer a virtual ticket and points system to enter contests, redeem rewards, and unlock features. Tickets and points have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for currency. WinThat reserves the right to modify ticket/point balances at any time to correct errors, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable law.

7. Referrals

The Service may offer referral rewards. Referrals must involve a unique, real, new user. Self-referrals, multiple accounts, automated signups, or any other circumvention of referral limits are prohibited and may result in forfeited rewards and account termination.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, state, or local laws or regulations
• To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent contest entries
• To attempt to manipulate odds, exploit bugs, or game the rewards system

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by contest sponsors or users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WinThat Technologies Inc. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinThat Technologies Inc excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinThat Technologies Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings.

14. Changes to Terms

WinThat Technologies Inc reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

16. Company Information

The Service is owned and operated by WinThat Technologies Inc, the legal entity responsible for providing the Service.
